How Thomson Design & Build handles enquiry data and website analytics.
This website collects information submitted through enquiry forms so that Thomson Design & Build can respond to project enquiries. This may include name, email address, phone number, postcode, project details and preferred contact method.
Form submissions may be stored in a secure CRM system used to manage enquiries and follow-up activity. We use Google Analytics to understand website performance and improve the site.
Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help reduce automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address, browser information and the site visited, to perform security checks and improve its bot detection. This check operates independently of optional analytics consent. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice for details.
